Punjab, KP and Balochistan impose complete lockdown till May 16

Sindh has allowed businesses to remain open in the province today.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan have imposed complete lockdown from today till May 16 in a bid to curb coronavirus cases.
The provincial governments have decided to close all business activities and impose a complete travel ban across the provinces from May 8 to May 16, including Eid holidays.
However, the essential services will be exempted from the restrictions. Essential services included grocery stores, pharmacies, medical facilities, vaccination centres, vegetable and fruit shops, poultry and meat shops, filling pumps, food takeaways.
Meanwhile, business owners and traders have rejected the government orders and vowed to keep their business open till chand raat.
On the other hand, Sindh has allowed businesses to remain open in the province today.
