Sindh opposition leader Haleem Adil Sheikh released on bail

Karachi police had arrested Haleem Adil on February 16.

KARACHI (Dunya News) – After getting bail from the Sindh High Court (SHC), Leader of the Opposition in the Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh has on Saturday been released.

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader leader said the provincial government’s political revenge has been exposed in front of all.

The Sindh opposition had been imprisoned for one and a half months in multiple cases including interference in official affairs, insurrection and aerial firing.

Karachi police had arrested Haleem Adil on February 16 for disturbing the peace and voting process in PS-88 by-election. Cases were lodged against him under terrorism sections.
