Authorities looking into UFO sighting by Pakistani plane
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Authorities from PIA and Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) have started an investigation into the video purportedly showing a UFO in Pakistani airspace.
A statement issued by PIA spokesman Abdullah Khan said that the pilots of a flight, going from Lahore to Karachi on January 23, had sighted something suspicious in the sky. The unknown flying object was seen at high altitude somewhere between Sahiwal and Rahim Yar Khan.
He said the Captain was unable to identify the object hovering thousands of feet above the ground, however, he managed to capture video of the unknown object.
The spokesman said that it could not be said definitively whether it was a flying saucer or not. “The captain has submitted the video and we are trying to find out more details”, he added.
