Husband of three killed by first wife in Karachi
KARACHI (Dunya News) - A husband of three was shot dead by his first wife following a domestic dispute in the city of Karachi.
According to details, Wali Muhammad was shot in the head by Shaheen, his first wife, killing him on the spot.
Police say the victim had three marriages and all three wives lived together in the same house. Shaheen has been arrested and the murder weapon has also been recovered by police.
"I killed my husband because I was fed up with his mental torture and physical violence," she said.
She told police that her husband, Wali Mohammad, used to torture her every day. A few days ago, her daughter ran away from home and Wali blamed the family for it. He had also threatened to kill her other daughters, she said.
She further stated that her husband knew the boy with whom the daughter ran away.
