Police encounter in Karachi's SITE area turns suspicious; case lodged against two officials

Sultan Nazir's family alleged that he was killed in fake police encounter.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – A police encounter on January 3, in which one youth was killed, has turned suspicious after family of the victim, Sultan Nazir, Tuesday revealed that he was a graduation student and worked at a garment shop.
The family belongs to Hunza and has alleged that Sultan was murdered in a fake police encounter. They also protested outside the SITE A Police Station. The deceased was a resident of Garden and worked in Saddar.
On the other hand, investigation has been launched and case is lodged against two officials, Jahangir and Shabbir Ahmed, under terrorism clauses. Investigation committee chief has ensured that justice will be served.
