PM Imran to preside over federal cabinet meeting today

The federal cabinet will discuss a 14-point agenda during the meeting.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The federal cabinet will meet today (Tuesday) in Islamabad to review the country’s economic and political situation besides discussing the developments of coronavirus pandemic and ongoing political campaign of the opposition parties, Dunya News reported.
Prime Minister Imran Khan will preside over the federal cabinet meeting to be held at the Prime Minister’s office. The cabinet will discuss a 14-point agenda during the meeting.
According to sources, the law minister will give a briefing on the issue of inclusion of MPs as members of the board of directors of national institutions.
The Minister for Economic Affairs will take the Cabinet into confidence on the issue of debt relief from the G20 countries. The cabinet will also be briefed on the vacant vacancies of heads of national institutions.
Sources further said that ratification of the decisions taken by the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet in its last meeting is also part of agenda.
