Fire breaks out again at Guddu Thermal Power Plant

Fire erupted at Unit-6 of the Guddu Thermal Power Plant on Wednesday night.

KASHMORE (Dunya News) – At least 600 megawatt electricity was lost from the system as fire erupted at Guddu Thermal Power Plant on late Wednesday night, Dunya News reported.

According to chief executive officer (CEO) of the Guddu Thermal Power Plant, fire erupted at Unit-6 of the power plant and it will take three to four days to repair the damage.

It is pertinent to mention here that Guddu Thermal Power Plant caught fire for the fourth time in a month.
