Opposition's Rahbar committee agrees to set up three committees

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A meeting of the opposition’s Rahbar Committee has agreed to set up three committees on various issues.

According to sources, a committee will be set up for no-confidence motion, resignation issue, and unanimous strategy of the opposition, meeting and protest. Another committee will play a role in liaising between all parties.

It has also been proposed to set up Rahbar Committee as a coordination committee. After final opinion on the committees, suggestions will be given to the leadership.

Consideration is also being given to setting up three conveners to look after the affairs of the committees while the final decision on all the recommendations will be taken by the leaders.

PML-N leader Ahsan Iqbal also confirmed the question of setting up various committees and said that the Rahbar Committee did a good job of coordination and it could be maintained.
