Dr Maha's father files petition to form medical board
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Father of Dr. Maha Shah has filed a petition in the court of Additional District and session Judge South to form a medical board.
In the case of Dr. Maha Shah s murder her father has hired senior lawyers Rashid A. Rizvi and Abbas Rizvi to pursue the case.
According to the petitioner, a new medical board should be constituted to investigate the matter from all angles.
According to the medical report, Dr. Maha was shot in the left side of the head and bullet went out from the right side.
Permission should be given for exhumation, postmortem and further medical examination of Dr. Maha Shah.
The case is registered under the report of Asif Ali Shah father of Dr Maha. The accused Junaid, Waqas, Irfan Qureshi and others are named in the case.
