Karachi: Police arrest killer of 5-year-old girl Marwa
KARACHI (Dunya News) - The killer of five-year-old girl Marwa has been arrested in Isa Nagri area of Karachi.
According to details, the tortured body of a five-year-old girl was found in Karachi a few days ago.She was raped and killed after being hit on the head with a heavy object.
Police also detained several suspects during the investigation.
PTI National Assembly member Amir Liaquat Hussain, including Showbiz Industry, had also expressed outrage after the incident.
Police has said that the killer of Isa Nagri resident Marwa has been arrested. The accused Nawaz was the neighbor of the slain girl.
Accused Nawaz was arrested on the basis of evidence found at the scene.
Police said that after inspecting the house of the accused it was revealed that the house was washed thoroughly. The curtain of accused Nawaz s house was also found from the garbage site.
It may be recalled that voices were being raised on social media for justice for the child girl. Also on Twitter, famous actresses of the showbiz industry had demanded that Prime Minister Imran Khan take notice for justice.
