Fayyaz Chohan said Shehbaz Sharif had given guarantee of Nawaz Sharif's return.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab Information Minister Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chohan has on Wednesday said that Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz President Shehbaz Sharif should get ready to be disqualified if former prime minister Nawaz Sharif does not return to Pakistan.
Addressing a news conference, the provincial minister said Shehbaz Sharif had given guarantee of Nawaz Sharif’s return.
“The erstwhile premier is neither undergoing medical treatment and nor he has been admitted to hospital. Nawaz Sharif has been on vacation for ten months and was seen without facemask at a café during coronavirus.
“Sharif and Zardari families committed money laundering. The opposition only wants protection of its plundered money which is the reason it did not let the Anti-Money Laundering Bill pass for personal interests ignoring the country’s future.
“Law making is required for Pakistan to exit the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) grey list.”
