(Dunya News) – Nigerian government has offered dacoits to surrender with an AK-47 rifle and get two cows to make a living. The local government said that this plan would help the robbers to lead a normal life as a responsible citizen. According to details, the average price of a cow in this region is one lakh naira (Rs. 19000) while in the black market, an AK-47 is priced at around 5 lakh naira (96 thousand rupees).
