PML-N wanted to hide Shehbaz's negative COVID-19 report: Fayyaz Chohan

Shehbaz Sharif was retested for coronavirus on July 4.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab Information Minister Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chohan said Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) wanted to hide Shehbaz Sharif’s negative COVID-19 report but he revealed the truth.

The provincial minister said in a video statement on Monday that it is not Shehbaz Sharif’s health which is unwell but his intention, mindset and capability.

Shehbaz Sharif had recovered from novel coronavirus and tested negative on Sunday. His sample was collected by Institute of Public Health in light of the order of the Lahore High Court (LHC) on July 4.

PML-N pokesperson of PML-N Marriyum Aurangzeb had said that doctors have advised the opposition leader to get tested for antibodies in three weeks and to continue taking extreme precaution until result of the test.
