ISLAMABAD (Dunay News) - The Supreme Court of Pakistan announced its decision in the Justice Qazi Faez Isa case on Friday. The court has rejected the Presidential reference against the Judge and also withdrawn the show cause notice against him.
Seven judges from the 10-member bench have referred the matter to Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for tax investigation against Justice Isa’s wife and children.
