CM Buzdar inaugurates Insaf Imdad Programme in Nankana Sahib

Usman Buzdar said that Rs12000 each will be given to 25 lakh needy families across Punjab.

NANKANA SAHIB (Dunya News) - Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar inaugurated the Insaf Imdad Programme in Nankana Sahib on Monday, Dunya News reported.

CM Buzdar also inspected the aid distribution among the deserving families at a centre established in Government MC Girls School.

Speaking on the occasion, Usman Buzdar said that Rs12000 each will be given to 25 lakh needy families across Punjab. He reemphasised that no one can challenge the immaculate transparency of this Programme which is solely meant for the needy families.

The Chief Minister said that the Punjab government will not leave alone the impoverished families who are affected due to the lockdown in the province.

CM Buzdar also inspected the 100-bed corona field hospital established in Nankana Sahib. Speaking on the occasion, he said that reopening of specific businesses and shops has been allowed in the province from Monday and these businesses will have to follow government devised SOPs. Legal action will be initiated in case of SOPs’ violation, he warned.
