Feudal lord subjects youth to brutal torture in Khanewal

KHANEWAL (Dunya News) – A local landlord subjected a boy of arch rivals to severe torture after kidnap in the adjoining Moza Bangal Wala area. According to details, the feudal lord s goons gave victim Qaisar a sound thrashing head-to-toes and tried to chop his legs with axe blows leaving them seriously bruised. To add insult to the injury, the tormentors of Qaiser also shaved off his head, mustaches and eyebrows. The inhuman act was also filmed by the cruel feudal lord. After the torture, victim Qaiser passed out and he was abandoned on a roadside in a critical condition. Later on, he was rushed to THQ Hospital in Kabirwala. As per police account, the instant incident is the result of old enmity between the landlord and victim s family. Police were awaiting an application from the victim to lodge a case against the accused who were at large till recent reports came in.
