Punjab CM assures to resolve issues of traders, businessmen

CM said that government is keen to provide more relief to the industrialists in this time of need.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Chief Minister of Punjab (CM) Sardar Usman Buzdar on Sunday has assured to resolve the issues of traders and businessmen who are facing difficulties due to the coronavirus lockdown. Talking to a delegation of All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) in Lahore, the CM said that the government is keen to provide more relief to the industrialists in this time of need. Smooth running of business is the only way for employment of the common masses, he stated.

The CM said traders will have to follow precautionary measures during business dealing.

Earlier, CM Buzdar had said that six thousand tests of coronavirus will be carried out daily across Punjab from Sunday. He said personal protective gear and other different devices related to Coronavirus pandemic are widely available in the province.

He said tests of media workers, police personnel, administrative offices, health workers, TB and HIV patients, pregnant women under treatment in hospitals and inmates will be conducted.
