ECC approves country's biggest industrial package
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) has approved a package worth Rs 75 billion for the unemployed, Dunya News reported on Monday.
Minister for Industries and Production Hammad Azhar told that the government will grant Rs 12,000 to the deserving persons and pay three-month electricity bills of small businessmen.
He further told that the Ministry of Industries and Production and the Ehsaas programme will soon launch a portal in this regard.
Let it be known that the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) will provide loan for the employees’ salaries and other incentives under the industrial package.
All sectors including shops, offices, schools, factories and banks will be able to get benefit from the package.
