LAHORE (Dunya News) – The World Bank is working to increase funding to $1 billion through repurposing the existing projects for Pakistan to respond to COVID-19. Illango Patchamuthu, WB country director for Pakistan, said the funding will support health, employment, food and security sectors and small companies. “Every crisis presents an opportunity to reform the social sector policies.
