PM Imran approves holding of open kutcheries to solve public issues
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has approved to hold open kutcheries to solve public issues due to novel coronavirus, Dunya News reported on Saturday.
According to details, the premier has approved the standard operating procedures (SOPs) of 24 departments under ten federal ministries.
The Prime Minister’s Performance Delivery Unit (PMDU) has issued directives to the concerned authorities. Imran Khan has directed the PMDU to monitor all open kutcheries.
Online kutcheries will be allowed for the time being in the wake of coronavirus while social media, radio, local cable network and video conference will also be used.
Next plan of action will be determined after May 1 by analyzing the coronavirus situation. Open kutcheries will work on permanent basis to provide immediate relief to people.
