Rumors of curfew in Karachi are baseless

Rumors were circulating that Sindh government has announced the imposition of a curfew.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh Minister of Education Saeed Ghani has denied claims of curfew being enforced in Karachi as baseless.
After the recent hike in number of coronavirus cases in the country, rumors were circulating that Sindh government has announced the imposition of a curfew in Karachi from Sunday. In response, Senator Saeed Ghani rubbished these claims and said that the government had made no such decision.
He further said that the provincial government has only decided upon a 3-day lockdown of the city during which people have been advised to exercise self-isolation in their homes.
