SC dissolves Sindh Water Commission

CJP Gulzar has directed Sindh Water Commission to hand over its record to provincial government.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday has dissolved Sindh Water Commission and its secretariat and directed the concerned authorities to submit quarterly report on this matter.
During the hearing, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Gulzar Ahmed has directed Sindh Water Commission to hand over its record and documents to the provincial government. National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has turned into an exploitative department now, he added.
