Maritime and Customs recover Rs90m worth of hashish in Karachi

During operation three out of four boats of smugglers escaped

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan Maritime and Customs department in a joint raid recovered Rs90 million worth 465 kg of hashish.

According to spokesperson of Customs, Pakistan Maritime and Customs conducted a joint raid in sea on intelligence information. During operation three out of four boats of smugglers escaped.

Spokesperson said that 465 kg of hashish was recovered from one captured boat which has worth of Rs90 million in international markets.

He further said that Maritime department handed over recovered drugs to customs, which will take further legal action.
