PM Imran Khan wishes Christian citizens a Happy Christmas.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has on Wednesday wished the Christian citizens of Pakistan a Happy Christmas, Dunya News reported.

The premier emphasized in his statement to give equal rights to the minorities of Pakistan. While reiterating that the minorities enjoy full religious, political and economic freedom, Imran Khan said they are also participating in national progress across all fields of life.

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi also extended felicitations to the Christian community. “Merry Christmas to all celebrating. May we spread happiness, joy, and peace on this occasion,” he tweeted.
