LONDON (Dunya News) - Lord Nazir Ahmed took the oath as a member in the UK House of Lords for the new parliamentary session on Tuesday, Dunya News reported.
Lord Nazir is serving as the Lord in the UK House of Lords for the past 21 years. In his message on Twitter, Lord Nazir said that he is proud to be the longest serving Muslim member in the house.
