ANF recovers drugs worth Rs12 billion in countrywide operations

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) has carried out 26 operations against drug mafia across the country and recovered 624Kg narcotics worth Rs 12 billion besides nabbing 28 suspected smugglers.
ANF spokesman said 11 vehicles being used for transportation of drugs have been impounded during the raids.
He said the seized drugs comprised of 19.060 tons of illegal chemicals, 368 Kg of Hashish and 253 kg Opium.
