Interviews for PTI reorganization commenced in Lahore

The names of presidential and secretary-general candidates of Lahore will be finalized by Nov 10.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Interviews for the President and Secretary General of ruling party the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Lahore have started.
More than a dozen candidates have applied for the presidency. Senators Waleed Iqbal, Zaheer Abbas Khokhar and Mehar Wajid are competing for the presidency.
Ejaz Dial, Ghulam Mohiuddin Dewan and Mian Javed Ali have also become presidential candidates while Mian Akram Usman and WASA vice-chairman Sheikh Imtiaz are also on the list.
Member of the Punjab Assembly Nadeem Bara is competing for Secretary General. Irfan Hassan, Farrukh Javed Moon, Farooq Khan and Abbas Bobby are also among the secretary general candidates.
Interviews are being conducted by a two-member committee comprising Central Punjab Secretary General Shoaib Siddiqui and Senior Vice President Central Punjab Ali Imtiaz Wariach.
On the other hand, The glasses of the doors broke owing to the ruckus created by the activists at PTI Secretariat. Supporters of the candidates chanted slogans in the PTI‘s Lahore office.
The names of the presidential and secretary general candidates of Lahore will be finalized by November 10.
