Fans hold protest in favor of Sarfraz Ahmed in Karachi

Protesters demand PCB to withdraw its decision of sacking Sarfraz.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Dozens of the fans of Sarfraz Ahmed on Sunday gathered outside his house to express solidarity and protest against removing him as captain of the Pakistan cricket team.
According to sources, the protesters including women and children staged protest in front of his house and raised slogans in his favor.
The protesters said that the Sarfraz Ahmed has immense services for the national team and demanded the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to withdraw its decision of sacking Sarfraz as Pakistan Test and T20I captain.
On the other hand, Member Provincial Assembly (MPA), Shahzad Qureshi expressed concern and said that Sarfraz Ahmed should have retained captain till T20 World Cup, adding that Prime Minister Imran Khan should take notice.
He asked the PCB to review its decision.
