Suspect in Chunian rape, murder case arrested from Rahim Yar Khan.
RAHIM YAR KHAN (Dunya News) – In a major development in Chunian rape and murder case of minor boys, Rahim Yar Khan police have arrested a suspect namely Sajjad Ahmad, Dunya News reported on Thursday.
Blood and DNA samples of the suspect have been taken. According to details, Sajjad was hiding at the home of a local landlord in Aminabad area under Kot Samaba Police Station.
The authorities raided the home yesterday night and nabbed the suspect who has been shifted to the office of RPO Sheikhupura Range in Lahore and will be interrogated in the presence of Punjab Inspector General of Police (IGP) Capt. (R) Arif Nawaz Khan.
