Police foils terror attempt by confiscating explosives in DI Khan

In another raid, explosives weighing 30kg were recovered from a place near Zafarabad area.
(Web Desk) – In Dera Ismail Khan, police on Sunday foiled a major terror plan and recovered massive amount of explosives, arms and ammunition in two separate intelligence-based search and strike operations.
According to police, more than 20kg of explosives, including improvised explosives devices (IEDs), hand grenades, bullet proof jackets and material which were to be used in suicide bomb blasts were confiscated from the basement of a house in village Himmat.
