Solidarity with Kashmiris, Defense Day observed at Pakistan embassy in Riyadh

RIYADH (Dunya News) – Pakistan embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia held a grand reception to observe solidarity with the people of Occupied Kashmir and Defense Day of Pakistan on Monday, Dunya News reported.
Commander general of a Saudi Arabia-led multi-nation Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC) and former Pakistan army chief General (retd) Raheel Sharif was the chief guest on the occasion.
The ceremony was attended by high ranking officials of Saudi armed forces along with ambassadors and defence attaches of different countries including China, United States and Britain.
Speaking on the occasion, Pakistan ambassador to Saudi Arabia Raja Ali Ijaz said that Pakistan Army has played a vital role in defense of the country and lasting peace in the region.
He further said that Pakistan government, Pakistan Army and the Pakistani nation nation is standing with the people of occupied Kashmir until its freedom from India.
