Pending complaints on Citizen's portal from the entire country thus far stand at 37,574.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Citizen s portal performance report was presented to Prime Minister Imran Khan on Saturday, Dunya News reported.

According to report, pending complaints on Citizen s portal from the entire country thus far stand at 37,574 out of which 32,000 complaints registered by people of Sindh province are yet to be resolved by Sindh Government.

As per details, Sindh Government institutes have so for resolved only 30 percent of the complaints so far. Federal Institutes have resolved 84 percent complaints whereas Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa governments have resolved 85 percent and 86 percent complaints respectively. The governments of Balochistan and Gilgit Baltistan have each resolved 75 percent complaints.

The PM s Citizens Portal was launched by the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) government on October 28 this year with an aim to "timely address the problems of the people.
