Increasing inflation: Artists demand govt to provide relief to people

The artists said that the inflation has badly affected the poverty stricken people.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Famed Pakistani artists on Saturday have demanded the government to provide relief to the general masses by taking steps to reduce inflation.

In separate statements, actress Sana, Megha and singer Humera Arshad expressed their concerns and asked the government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to fulfill its promise of ensuring basic facilities to the nation.

They said that the inflation has badly affected the poverty stricken people as they cannot even buy the domestic items for survival.
