Changes on cards in Pakistan team after World Cup 2019.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Changes are on the cards in Pakistan cricket team after the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 as head coach Mickey Arthur and bowling coach Azhar Mahmood have prepared report on bad performance of the players.

Both coaches have decided not to come to Pakistan after the mega event. Sources have revealed that the coaches have expressed dissatisfaction over skipper Sarfraz Ahmed’s performance in the report and highlighted grouping in the team as well.

Mickey Arthur and Azhar Mahmood maintained that they will travel to Pakistan if their contracts are extended. The final report will be forwarded to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) via email in the coming week.

However, Sarfraz Ahmed’s captaincy is in danger while the World Cup will also mark an end to the one-day international (ODI) careers of veterans Mohammad Hafeez and Shoaib Malik.

Shoaib Malik – who remained unsuccessful in the tournament – has not been selected in the match against Bangladesh, and it can be said that he played his last ODI innings against India on June 16.

Pakistan batsmen have managed to score just one century in the tournament so far. According to sources, the contracts of head coach, bowling coach, and team management will end after the World Cup.
