Pakistan can receive US $ 38 bn from its international partners in 3 years: IMF.

ISLAMABAD (APP) – The International Monetary Fund (IMF) supported program is expected to integrate broader support from multilateral and bilateral creditors in excess of US $ 38 billion over the programme period (39 months), which is crucial for Pakistan to meet its large financing needs in the coming years.

The IMF Executive Board in its meeting held on July 3, approved US $ six billion 39-Month Extended Fund Facility arrangement for Pakistan to support the country’s economic reform programme, a statement by IMF said.
