NA secretariat refuses to issue production orders of Asif Zardari

Mian Javed said chairman committee can summon any member in the meeting outside parliament.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – National Assembly secretariat has refused to issue the production orders of PPP leader Asif Zardari despite orders of chairman parliamentary committee for information.
The chairman of committee Mian Javed Latif said production orders were not issued on the instructions of PM Imran Khan and they would raise the issue in assembly. He said National Assembly staff cannot intervene in the authority given to chairman committee.
He said it seems no production orders would be issued onwards for assembly members.
Mian Javed said chairman committee can summon any member in the meeting outside parliament. He said chairman can issue production orders as per assembly rule 108 and secretariat is bound to follow the orders of chairman committee.
