MET office predicts extremely hot Eid-ul-Fitr this year

MET has predicted hot and dry weather to prevail during all three days of Eid.

LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecasted intense hot Eid-ul-Fitr this year expecting temperature to rise above even 46 degrees celsius.

MET has also predicted hot and dry weather to prevail during all three days of Eid. Intense heat waves have already turned the Punjab into a hot arena.

It has been said that maximum temperature in Lahore can exceed 46 degree celsius whereas current situation has been attributed as heat waves by experts. 

Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated in Pakistan from June 5 to June 7 with Chand Raat falling on June 4.
