Pakistan's foreign reserves stand at $15.709bn: SBP

Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks stood at US$7.068 billion.

KARACHI (Dunya News) – The total liquid foreign reserves held by Pakistan stood at $15.126 billion on May 17.

According to the data released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan stood at US$8.057 billion.

Whereas the net foreign reserves held by commercial banks stood at US$7.068 billion.

Total liquid foreign reserves stood at US$15.126 billion.

During the week ending May 17, SBP’s reserves declined by $788 million to $ 8.057 billion, due to external debt servicing and other official payments.
