Pakistan conduct practice session in Bristol.

BRISTOL (Dunya News) – Pakistan cricket team conducted practice session in Bristol on Wednesday ahead of their warm-up match against Afghanistan on May 24.

Batting and bowling practices were done, and special attention was paid to fielding that let Pakistan down at various points against England in the recently held series.

England had defeated Pakistan in the one-off T20I and five-match one-day international (ODI) series by 4-0.

Pakistan made three changes in their World Cup 2019 squad afterwards as Faheem Ashraf, Junaid Khan and Abid Ali were replaced by Mohammad Amir, Wahab Riaz and Asif Ali.

It has further been learnt that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has directed Faheem Ashraf not to leave England following his omission from the team. Wahab Riaz will soon join the squad in England.

The Green Shirts will play their second warm-up match against Bangladesh on May 26 before opening their World Cup campaign on May 31 against West Indies.
