LEEDS (Dunya News) – Pakistan fast bowler Mohammad Amir has vowed to give 100% and make the nation proud after being selected for the ICC World Cup 2019 on Monday.
The left-arm bowler took to Twitter and thanked his fans for the support and the prayers that he received.
“Allhamdulilah, humbled and proud to be part of the pakistan WC squad InshAllah going to give 100% and we all will try and make our nation proud, thank u all for ur support and endless duas we all need them more now,” he wrote.

Chief Selector Inzamam-ul-Haq (today) made three changes in the team after Pakistan were whitewashed by England (4-0) in the ODI series.
As per changes, Mohammad Amir, Wahab Riaz and Asif Ali have replaced Faheem Ashraf, Junaid Khan and Abid Ali.
Pakistan will play two warm-up matches against Afghanistan and Bangladesh before opening their World Cup campaign against West Indies on May 31 in Nottingham.
