Nine killed in collision between two cars in Shikarpur

At least nine persons were killed in a head-on collision between two cars in Shikarpur on Sunday.
SHIKARPUR (Dunya News) – At least nine persons, including four children, were killed in a head-on collision between two cars in Bhiowah area at the National Highway near Shikarpur on Sunday, Dunya News reported.
Three persons were also wounded in the accident. Local residents retieved the dead bodies and injured from the wreckage of two cars and shifted them to Civil Hospital Shikarpur.
According to eye-witnesses the accident was so severe that five persons died on the spot while four others succumbed to their injuries during treatment at the hospital.
Doctors at the Civil Hospital said that two of the injured are in critical condition.
