LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan’s most celebrated umpire Aleem Dar will officiate his 200th one-day international (ODI) match on Tuesday (today), reported Roznama Dunya.

The details suggest that Aleem Dar will umpire the match between Bangladesh and West Indies in the ongoing tri-nation tournament in Ireland. Aleem Dar will become the third official to achieve this feat after Rudi Koertzen (209 ODIs) and Billy Bowden (200 ODIs).

Furthermore, Aleem Dar needs to officiate four more Test matches to register the record for umpiring in most number of Tests. Aleem Dar has umpired 125 Test matches whereas Steve Bucknor from Jamaica holds the record with 128 matches.
