Police foil major terror bid in Parachinar, recover arms, explosives

PARACHINAR (Dunya News) – Police foiled a major terror bid during an operation in Parachinar in Kurram tribal district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Thursday and recovered cache of arms and explosive material, Dunya News reported.
Police recovered four RPG rockets, one machine gun, explosive material and two IEDs. Police sources informed that the recovered explosive material and arms were hidden in a deserted place.
According to police, unidentified miscreants had stored the explosive material and arms in a deserted place to carry out terrorist activities.
