CDWP approves Rs202.412 million for stone pitching, stone apron in Ghotki

(Web Desk) – The Central Development Working Party (CDWP) on Tuesday approved a project at a cost of Rs202.412 million for providing stone pitching and stone apron along Qadirpur Loop Bund in Ghotki to protect infrastructure from floods.
The CDWP held a meeting in Islamabad, with Planning Minister Khusro Bakhtyar in the chair, referred a project related to mass media ‘Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Integrated Tourism Development’ project worth Rs17 billion to ECNEC for consideration.
The project is aimed at development of tourism in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for economic growth, employment and revenue generation, progress of local communities and poverty reduction through construction of roads, tourism allied infrastructure and creating enabling environment for private sector operations.
