Shadab Khan to leave for London today.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan leg-spinner Shadab Khan will leave for London on Tuesday (today) for treatment of hepatitis C virus (HCV), Roznama Dunya reported.

The details suggest that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has set-up his appointment with Dr Patrick Kennedy on Thursday and Friday.

It is worth mentioning here that Shadab Khan’s treatment is anticipated to require at least four weeks, and he will not be a part of Pakistan team in the upcoming series against England.

Shadab’s participation in the World Cup 2019 is still in doubt and depends upon his recovery. The Green shirts have departed for England today for one T20I and five ODIs scheduled from May 5-19.

The World Cup will commence on May 30 in England and Wales, and Pakistan will play their first match against West Indies on May 31.
