Incompetent and unskilled PM will have to go home: Bilawal

He said that by sacking the finance minister, the government has admitted that he was incompetent.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Monday while declaring Imran Khan a selected Prime Minister said that now he would have to go home and called him  incompetent and unskilled .

Speaking on the floor of the Lower House of the Parliament, he questioned why former finance minister Asad Umar and former information minister Fawad Chaudhry were removed from their posts. 

Speaker NA Asad Qaiser interrupted Bilawal’s speech when the PPP chairman said that if he was not allowed to speak, we will not even let Imran Khan enter into parliament house and said the prime minister was elected by the assembly.

I have expunged your words, Asad Qaiser said to which the PPP chairman questioned if he expunged former finance minister Asad Umar’s words, adding that I didn’t call anyone an enemy of the country.

Bilawal further called Asad Umar ‘Educated illiterate’.

He said: “By sacking the finance minister, the government has admitted that he was incompetent. He said eight months of poor masses have been wasted and last week the government appointed former president Asif Zardari’s finance minister.”

Bilawal further said that no objection was raised on his questions in the previous session of the national assembly but indecent words were said in his absence and he was declared an enemy of the country.

“If they (government) claims, they will have to bring real change in the country, the PPP chairman said and added they (government) will have to sack those ministers who have contacts with the proscribed organisations.
