PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - Peshawar police in a secret operation on Monday arrested four kidnappers and recovered two hostages clenched by chains.

The relatives bursted into tears after seeing their loved ones.

The police carried out a raid in Chamkani area of Peshawar and arrested four kidnapped and recovered two abductees safely, who were chained by the kidnappers.

The kidnappers had captured the abductees three month ago and demanded Rs10 million as ransom from their families. The Kidnappers warned against cosequences over nonpayment of ransom.

The abductees said that the kidnappers often used intoxicated injections and they had not seen the daylight from last three months.

Police said the arrested criminals belong to District Kuram and are under further investigation.
