Pakistan disabled cricketers to play trial match

Fitness test will be held at Karachi under the supervision of Dr Noman Palekar and Rashid Qureshi.

LAHORE (APP) - Pakistan Disabled Cricket Association (PDCA) is organising a trial match and fitness test on Saturday to select the National Squad for the upcoming T-20 World Series which will be played in England in August.

The PDCA has already named 31 probable players out of which the final squad will be selected by Chief Selector Iqbal Imam and Members Sabih Azhar, Muhammad Jawed and Javed Ashraf, said a spokesman of PDCA, here on Friday.

The fitness test will be held at 8am at NCA Karachi under the supervision of the Dr Noman Palekar and Rashid Qureshi Trainer Pakistan Disabled Cricket Team. Every player have to go throw from 4 two 5 different test. Trial match will be played today at NCA (NSK) Karachi.

Following will participate in the trial match and tests, Matloob Qureshi, Muhammad Shabaz, Saif Ullah (WK), Rehan Ghani Mirza, Abdullah Ejaz, Abdul Jabbar, Hammad Shoukat, Zubair Saleem, Waqaf Shah, Sohaib Khan, Abdullah Khan, Faisal Hayat, Umar Farooq, Ameer Ahmed, Nihaar Alam, Wajid Alam, Jahanzaib Tiwana, Majid Hussain, Muhammad Haris, Sher Ali, Iman Khan, Ali Raza (WK), Gohar Ali, Kashif Nawaz, Waqas Ahmed, Adeel Abbasi, Rao Javed, Abdul Basit, Muhammad Asif, Farhan Saeed.
