CTD arrests two terrorists of banned outfit in Gujranwala

The arrested terrorists were shifted to some undisclosed location for further investigation.

GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) - The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) on Wednesday conducted an operation on intelligence report from Pasroor Road in Gujranwala and arrested two terrorists, Dunya News reported.

According to CTD spokesperson, the arrested terrorists belonged to a banned outfit and were planning to carry out terrorist attacks on sensitive installations in Gujranwala.

The arrested terrorists were identified as Muhammad Nawaz and Ghulam Mustafa. The CTD personnel also recovered explosive material from their possession.

The arrested terrorists were shifted to some undisclosed location for further investigation.
