RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – The doctrine of army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has played a much significant role in abolishing extremism from the country.

Bajwa doctrine achieved major success in a short span of time as Pakistan won the war against terrorism and routed the stance of terrorists by national consensus.

At least 1854 scholars issued a fatwa against terrorism by the name of ‘Pegaham-e-Pakistan’.

Army Chief’s doctrine safeguarded Pakistan in the decisive battle against terrorism and extremists.

Pakistan Army killed at least 1100 terrorists of Al-Qaeda while playing a key role for global peace.

As per Bajwa doctrine, massive actions were taken under Operation Raddul Fassad across the country.

More than 80,000 combing and intelligence based operations were held around the country during which approximately five ton explosive material and 38,000 weapons were recovered.

Military courts sentenced the terrorists involved in serious crimes whereas 56 terrorists were awarded death penalty.

Last year, at least 131 efforts to spread terrorism were foiled on Pak-Afghan border while the fence installation has been completed on more than 650km area of 2300km long border.

Moreover, the real face of India was exposed while highlighting Kashmir issue on every forum.
